Sporty 24 Limited Warranty
This warranty is limited to 90 day from the date of the original purchase. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. This warranty only applies to your Sporty 24 scooter. The only uses for this product are described in this manual. (** 90 days apply only on frame & electrical system, all other parts are under limited 30 day warranty. Tires and tubes carry no warranty against punctures, road hazards, or wear.**)
This warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original owner. Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service provided.
Sporty 24 will replace all items defective in materials and workmanship.
Sporty 24 scooter is designed for general transportation. This apply that this warranty does not cover items that experience normal wear and tear.
In addition the warranty will be void, if this product is ever:
Misused or Modified
Used in contrary to the instruction. (Owner manual & etc……)
Improper maintenance or repair
Rented
Ridden by more than one person or exceed the maximum weight limit.
Commercially used
Sporty 24 is in no way liable for any incidental or consequential loss nor damage due directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you.
This warranty is effective only during first 90 days from the day of purchase. Sporty 24 have the rights to either repair or replace of all defective parts. All shipping must be prepaid by consumer, all repairs may take 3-5 weeks.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
